's motocross rider husband Carey Hart has filed suit against the bosses of the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, accusing executives of lying about their profits before he invested in the venue. Hart became a shareholder in Hard Rock's Wasted Space Lounge via his firm S&H Projects, but the venue was shut down last August after just two years in business.

He has now filed suit against venue bosses, claiming they hid profits and inflated expenses to mask mismanagement within the hotel, denying S&H its fair share of cash. Hard Rock bosses have denied the allegations, claiming Wasted Space did not make a profit.

Hart is seeking unspecified damages, according to TMZ.com.

has become the latest celebrity to join parenthood this year. His publicist Ina Treciokas announced on January 10 that the actor and girlfriend Jade Duell, whom he has been dating for more than a year, "are happy to be expecting a baby" together.

While the publicist did not provide more details about the pregnancy, a source said Jade is "due any day". She reportedly also plans to give birth in Hawaii where she is currently living. The source added that the soon-to-be parents "want to do everything as natural as possible."

The baby will be the first child for 42-year-old Owen who is said to be "very excited and involved with the pregnancy." The "" star allegedly "has been been doing research and learning as much as he can. He's super into it and asks a lot of questions to make sure he knows what's going on every step of the way."

Almost at the same time, revealed that she is pregnant with her child with boyfriend Guillaume Canet. Previously in late last year, broke the news that she is expecting her and now fiance Benjamin Millepied's first child.

Country music legend has been hospitalized in Nashville, Tennessee after an annual medical check-up sparked concerns for his health. The 79-year-old singer/songwriter was undergoing a regular examination on Wednesday, January 5 when doctors decided to admit him to hospital and keep him in overnight.

A statement from Jones' publicist reads, "On Wednesday, January 5th 2011, George Jones underwent an annual routine health check-up. Although Mr. Jones is staying overnight in a Nashville hospital, he is resting and will be released tomorrow."

Jones has laughed off the hospitalization, adding, "I just decided I didn't want to drive back to Franklin in this cold weather so I guess I'll just stay here tonight and go home tomorrow."

Actor Gary Collins has been arrested over allegations he left a restaurant without paying. The veteran TV star was detained by cops in Biloxi, Mississippi on Tuesday, January 4 night on suspicion of defrauding an innkeeper.

Collins allegedly ordered a meal at Jazzeppi's Restaurant but left before settling his $59.35 bill. Restaurant workers are said to have followed Collins into the parking lot in an attempt to ask him about the unpaid tab, according to TMZ.com. The website reports cops later tracked down Collins and he was arrested and held on $5,000 bail.

Meanwhile, David Mattina, owner of the restaurant said, "The owners of Jazzeppi's are treating the matter as a misunderstanding and I will not be pressing charges. Mr. Collins has been in Jazzeppi's on several occasions, I understand, and I have been looking forward to meeting him and his wife. They will be welcomed and I hope we can put the matter behind us."

Saying that police would not have been called if they were on the spot, Mattina added, "I'm going to see if I can get the charges dropped." Collins himself did not make a comment about the incident, simply saying it was "unbelievable."

Judge Perry, who presided over the pair's nine-week trial, has the option to sentence them to up to three years and eight months behind bars at a hearing on Thursday, January 6. Deputy District Attorney Sean Carney has advocated sentencing both Stern and Eroshevich to five years of supervised felony probation and 300 hours each of community service - and fining them $5,000 apiece.

Lawyers for Stern and Eroshevich are seeking a dismissal or a reduction of their clients' convictions to misdemeanors. Smith died from a drug overdose in 2007.
